FCC Internet Takeover. Public Utilities: Electric, Water, Gas, and Internet

May 6, 2010

Let me ask a question. How many of you listen to Glenn Beck, or have heard some of his radio shows, or caught a show on Fox or maybe when he was on CNN? The reason I ask is that I have listened to his radio show because he speaks on some of the subjects, I and countless others have been writing on since 2000, and before. However, today pissed me off.

Glenn pissed me off when he said, There are no FEMA camps (Detainment camps), but I let that slide to a degree. However, I won’t let him get away with it from now on. If he would have done the research he claims he does, he would have seen that KBR (formerly Kellogg Brown & Root) received millions of dollars to refurbish some of the old camps and build new ones. He would have come across the fact that, HR645, “The National Emergency Centers Act”, calls for at least six of the nine FEMA regions to build or turn sections of military bases into detention centers incase of emergency, population unrest, and the training for such events.

In the last part of today’s radio show after he had said yet again, “There are no FEMA Camps.” Glenn brought up a topic that those of us so-called conspiracy theorist have been watch and blogging about for a very long time, “A GOVERNMENT TAKEOVER OF THE INTERNET via the FCC”! If you have ever listened to what he puts out there he tends to acted as if he is the first to bring these topics to the forefront.

Boot Shaking Time”

Although courts have ruled the FCC doesn’t have power to takeover and regulate the internet, we new that this administration would do it anyway.

Well as of today the FCC will handle the internet and control of it as a public utility, as they did with Bell Telephone. (Now I know that some of you are saying, “What the hell is Bell Telephone?”) Bell was the largest phone service in the country until the FCC and the government decided they had to be broken up for the sake of letting smaller companies like GTE and Contel compete. The accomplishment of this, skyrocketing rates, and Verizon the old Ma’ Bell is more powerful than ever.

Yet, out of control pricing is not the reason we need to fear the FCC’s move today. The reason is total government control of the internet. One major reason is, Dissenting voices can be silenced and propaganda can be shown as truth. This latest move by the Obama administration, in juncture with what the Bush administration put in place, gives more power to this Executive Branch, than even the FDR had.

The thing upsets me about people like Glenn Beck is they don’t go back to the Bush administration and point to the things they put in place to help this movement take a fast track. If they really wanted the people to put it together they would point this out. Instead they tell their listeners, “I am not Republican or Democrat, I will point out anyone who does something not in out best interest.”

ABA

Ps. (FYI) KBR still is receiving No-Bid Contracts

under the Obama administration. Where is the out cry? Oh yea, this isn’t the Bush cabal, so they will let it slide. Fuck’en Hypocrites
