Will the Chosen One (Obama) or (McCain) Change these Powers If He Gets in Office?

October 23, 2008

There are some powers that George W. Bush And the Congress gave to this Executive Branch that we the people should make sure are going to be Retracted when the next Leader is placed in the seat. However, the question is, will they.

The list consist of Absolute Power, by at least one of the Presidential Directives (PD51). This gives the Executive the power to call for a State of Emergency, (For any reason) which then gives (him or her) power over all three branches of government, and most important of all the Supreme Court. Also under this Directive, it takes an act by the Executive Branch to resend the State of Emergency.

The Patriot Act and all its Revisions. The Patriot Act is well know, but not well understood on the powers given within the act and laws meant to prop it up. Not many people know, if you are caught “News Gathering” it is a crime. Many Bills have been written and passed to allow key parts of the Patriot Act to remain in place incase it is voted out. (Those running the Puppets made sure the power would remain.) Bills passed before the Patriot Act, and Bills passed after contain pieces of the Patriot Act with that exact thing in mind.

Bills like, The Military Commissions Act 2006 (s.3930), must be revisited and rewritten, to remove measures that were placed to remove the rights and power of the people. This Bill has a section, ( Section 8 ) that grants immunity to George W Bush, and those members of his staff that are linked to War Crimes. This is retroactive to 09-11-2001. HR 418 besides mandating the Real ID Act also gives powers to the Executive Branch that are not subject to the Judicial or Legislative Branches. The Intelligence Reform Act that carries in it the National ID act. Sections of The Intelligence Reform Act, as with most bills passed under the 109th congress are classified and the public and congress cannot view them.

It was just the other day I was going through some old blogs of mine when I came across one that I was asked to write on MCA 2007 F.I.N.G.E.R.

which stands for Federalist, Independence, National Guard, Emergency, Response. The Military Commissions Act of 2007 has a very disturbing section, (Section 1076) which allows the Executive Branch to move State Militias (National Guard) into other states to shut down protest, riots, or just because they want to.

I have just touched on a few of the things that need to be removed, or revised by the next person placed in the puppet seat. If these things, which do irrefutable damage to the rights of the people and the Constitution, are not removed, it will show that they are only part of the problem.
